Our story

Born inside operations teams

Integration.ai was founded by serial entrepreneur Nathan Fakhouri, who built this company to solve operational issues, protect the bottom line, and automate recurring tasks in his own companies across hospitality, transportation, and logistics.

He was faced with issues from expanding nationally across the U.S. & Canada too quickly without having the right systems in place to help. The company was built to help save his company and save him back time so he could spend it with his family and 2 young kids.

Today we embed with clients as partners—sitting in revenue, operations, finance, and support standups to ship improvements every sprint.
