We provide these services directly and on behalf of the property management companies we work with.

- Contact information you provide: your name, mobile phone number, email address, and mailing or property address.
- Resident and prospect information: lease details, unit and property information, account balances and payment status, maintenance and service requests, and showing or application activity.
- Communications content: the contents of text messages, phone calls, voicemails, and emails you exchange with us, including AI-assisted calls (which may be recorded and transcribed for quality, training, and record-keeping).
- Information collected automatically: when you use our website or online portals, we may collect device, browser, IP address, and usage information through cookies and similar technologies.
We collect this information directly from you, from the property management companies we serve, and through the systems we use to provide our services.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Send and respond to text messages and phone calls related to leasing, maintenance, collections, lease renewals, scheduling, and other property management communications.
- Identify you and route your request to the correct property, unit, or staff member.
- Schedule showings and appointments and send confirmations and reminders.
- Provide customer support and respond to your questions.
- Maintain records, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with our legal obligations.
- Operate, secure, and improve our services.
4. SMS / Text Messaging Information
When you opt in to our text messaging program, we collect and use your mobile phone number and the consent you provide to send you the messages described in our SMS Terms and Conditions.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service and message delivery, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never sold.
5. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:
- Property management companies: we share resident and prospect information with the property management company responsible for your property so they can manage your account, lease, and requests.
- Service providers: we use trusted vendors who process information on our behalf and only under instructions from us, such as our SMS/telephony provider (e.g., Twilio), our AI calling provider, our property management system, and our hosting and email providers. These providers are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
- Legal and safety: we may disclose information when required by law, to respond to legal process, to protect the rights, property, or safety of any person, or in connection with a business transfer.
As stated in Section 4, mobile opt-in information and SMS consent are excluded from any sharing other than with the subcontractors that help us deliver the messages you requested, and are never shared for marketing or promotional purposes.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain business and legal records, resolve disputes, and comply with applicable laws. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
