SMS Terms and Conditions

These SMS Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the text messaging program operated by Integration AI ("Integration AI," "we," "us," or "our"). By opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Program Description

Integration AI provides text messaging for property management communications. When you opt in, you may receive messages related to leasing and showing inquiries, appointment scheduling and reminders, maintenance and service request updates, rent and account reminders and notices, lease renewal information, and responses to questions you send us. Some messages may be sent or assisted by an automated system.

2. Consent / How You Opt In

You opt in to receive text messages by providing your mobile phone number to us or to the property management company we serve and agreeing to receive texts (for example, on an application, a contact or inquiry form, or by texting us first). You may also be enrolled when you provide your number in connection with your tenancy or a leasing inquiry.

Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase, lease, or service.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity and account status. You may receive recurring messages, for example when you have an open maintenance request, an upcoming appointment, or an account balance that requires follow-up.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details on your plan's text and data charges.

5. Opt-Out / Cancellation

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to unsubscribe. You may also use STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. After you send one of these keywords, we will send you a one-time message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further text messages from that program. If you want to rejoin, you can opt in again as described in Section 2.

6. Help / Customer Care

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply HELP for assistance, or contact us directly at Support@theintegrationai.com. For help with your wireless service, contact your wireless provider.

7. Carriers and Delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is not guaranteed.

8. Supported Carriers

Our messaging program is compatible with major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, and others. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Eligibility

You must be the account holder or have authorization to use the mobile number you provide, and you must be at least 18 years old to enroll in the messaging program.

10. Privacy

Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties for marketing and are never sold. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, and the "Last Updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision. Your continued participation in the messaging program after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
